Josh has been conducting monthly appointments with me for a growing number of years and I have never had anything other than excellent(reflective of the Pain Specially group in entirety).

Pain Specialty Group has been a lifesaver to me! I suffer from debilitating fatigue as well as chronic pain. I don't know how I could get through the day without my medications. Josh has always been kind and easy to talk to as well as extremely knowledgeable! I have never felt rushed here.
It's been about 3 years since I started going here, so glad I found it!

Joshua Duggan is a thorough doctor for pain patients. He is understanding and patient and actually listens to my needs. He has a lot of suggestions for treatments and is always a friendly provider. I highly recommend Joshua Duggan

I would give Josh a 10+ if possible.
I would hope as many years go by in his practice he never loses his easy caring ways. It makes one feel that you're not being pushed, he'll try to help in any way he can. He explains things well and makes a person feel like he really cares...Thank you Josh for being the caring person you are!!!

My experience at Pain Specialty Group continues to be outstanding.The office personnel are truly friendly and helpful; it’s pretty clear that they are happy at work. Josh also continues to be remarkably insightful and empathic clinician. He is so relaxed and commicative. He makes me feel comfortable and feeling that he is focused on what I am saying. I am very happy to be his patient. We work as a problem solving team. So far, I really have nothing but good and positive things to say about my treatment.

I had my follow up appt with Josh and it was fabulous as usual! He is attentive and just really cares, he understands and really listens to his patients and does everything humanly possible, I just know that my quality of life would be unbearable without Josh as well as Doctor Ngo, they both go above and beyond to help in relieving my pain that I feel on a daily basis

Always the best place to go for lasting pain relief. The addition of Dr. Chang is great! I’m glad Dr. Gno has another doctor in the practice. This is the pain clinic hands down. I recommend them to anyone suffering with chronic pain!
