I now see Josh who helps me manage my pain, since Daniel has left the practice. Josh is just as amazing and also has a great bedside manner. He really listens to me and is trying to find the best medications and treatments to control my worsening chronic pain. Josh makes me feel heard and I don’t ever feel like I’m being rushed out of there. He is easy to talk to and doesn’t come off as a “cocky” doctor, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. Everyone that I’ve come across here is very nice and that’s what I love about this place. They all understand that we are in pain and so it’s nice to be heard, and seen. Chronic pain is so invisible to those who don’t experience it, especially when you “look ok”. When in reality, there’s days when I don’t want to get out of bed and shower because it’s often so painful to do so. I’ve had days where I’ve just stood in the shower and cried, due to my severe leg pain. I look forward to continuing my pain care with Josh and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a compassionate, understanding, and highly knowledgeable doctor.

Spoke with Josh at length 2 weeks after my procedure. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We discussed other avenues we could take to help with the pain. All in all it was a very nice conversation. I highly recommend.

I am a 90 year old Air Force Vietnam veteran. My Thanks to Dr. Ngo who for 20 years has treated my severe spinal injury. Prior to Dr. Ngo, two spinal surgeons operated on my back. Their surgeries failed and they gave me an almost fatal blood poisoning. I was doing very well until two weeks ago, I awakened in bed in the morning and was shocked that I could not move my right leg. I could not lift my foot. I was sure it was over for me. I called and asked Dr. "Ahn" for a personal call. He called me and said it sounded like surgery! Instead, he scheduled me for a multi-point injection. No hope right? WRONG! My leg is functioning and I am walking with a walker again. And, the pain is gone. Thank you my Doctor.

As always, Josh was very understanding and empathetic. He is willing to do what he can to help me.He is by far the best provider in pain treatment that I have met. I have to move out of state and am very unhappy about leaving Josh’s care. I have considered flying up to see him.

Worst possible care giving. For almost a year I have had an issue with billing.
I made a payment of $150, bill came back to me showing that I paid $39.75.
They even had the correct check number listed in the bill. What happened to the rest of my payment??? I have not gotten answer 10 months later.
I am currently trying to get this done, but, when I call I go directly into a hold and eventually they hang up.
I was told by someone in the office both bills have been zeroed out and I owe nothing. I am still wondering where the 2nd bill came from.

He explained why last visit medicine i was approved for wasn't ready. Hopefully it will be for next visit as Newington office gave me no information. Josh is great.
