The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric can help relieve joint pain such as arthritis by minimizing stiffness. 

Olive Oil

Olive oil can be used as a healthy alternative in cooking compared to other oils. Fat content in olive oil is composed of monounsaturated fats and omega-9 fatty acid in the form of oleic acid. There are less calories in olive oil when compared to alternatives. Olive oil is rich in polyphenols which is a type of antioxidant found in a large class of chemical compounds found in plants. Olive oil is unique because most oils are 100% fat, but this type of oil has nutritional benefits due to the polyphenol antioxidants it contains.
